KINDLE-DX – The New Notebook Reader

Kindle is a new product from Amazon which is a book reader device. It allows you to read your books via a 6″ display screen on the device. This product has been launched on 6th May 2009 with price $489. This is the third development made by Amazon group.
The first kindle was launched on November 19th 2007 and the second one on Feb 9th 2009.
Kindle is the first kindle product with accelerometer which automatically rotates the pages. If the product is turned on the other side it just looks cute and transparent.
It is slightly over 1/3inch i.e. (8.5mm) thick .and has 9.75inch display screen with 1200*800 screen resolution. The battery runs continually for 4 days .The device has electronic editions like New Oxford American Dictionary. IT also contains various features, like a basic Web browser.
WE can also play music from MP3 files in random order in the background. THIS also has a, built-in stereo speakers, and wireless technology as fallback option. We can down load more than 88,000 digital, steadily increasing to more than 275,000.

Kindle even offers an email-based service that will convert JPEG, GIF, PNG and BMP graphics to AZW. IT converts HTML pages into Microsoft Word (DOC) documents through the same email-based mechanism, we can also convert PDF and other files to the first-generation.
Concurrently the Kindle has launched the Digital Text Platform, a system for authors to self-publish directly to the Kindle. THIS instrument is useful for Authors to upload various documents in several formats for delivery.
