Back in 2004, 4 years after the first launch of the PlayStation 2, Sony brought out a new, which was better than PlayStation 2, called Sony PlayStation 3 Slim. Timed to come out just as Grand Theft Auto San Andreas was hitting stores, the redesigned console is helped breathe new life into the PS2 franchise. Sony Play Station PSP Go

The PSP Go is a version of the PlayStation Portable videogame console manufactured by Sony. (PSP1000) This is scheduled to release on October 1, 2009 in America and European countries. It was announce prior to E3 2009 through Sony’s QORE VOD service. Its design is different from other PSPs.

The PlayStation Portable is the first video game console to use an optical disc device format, Universal Media Disc as its primary storage medium other distinguishing features of the console include its large viewing screen multi media capabilities and connectivity with the Play Station 3, other PSPs, and the Internet.

THE previous PSP models, the PSP Go does not have a feature of UMD slot but instead has 16 GB of internal flash memory to store games, video and other media. This can be extended by up to 32GB with the use of a Memory Stick Micro (M2) flash card.

Play station is 43% lighter and 56% smaller than the original PSP-100, 16% lighter and 35% smaller than the PSP-3000. It has a 3.8″ 480×272 LCD. The PlayStation Portable uses the common “candy bar” form factor, measures approximately 17 x 7.3 x 2.2 cm and weighs 280 grams.

The system includes two shoulder buttons and a USB 2.0 mini-B port on the top of the console and a WLAN switch and power cable input on the bottom. The PSP go features include an IrDA compatible infrared port, in-built stereo speakers and headphone jack port, and IEEE 802.11b Wi-Fi for net access, multiplayer gaming, and data transfer

THIS PSP Go features built-in Wi-Fi and a USB port but also supports Bluetooth connectivity enabling the use of compatible Bluetooth headsets and tethering with Bluetooth enabled mobile phones. The Nintendo DS Worthless, this console is “the most successful non-Nintendo handheld gaming system ever sold”.

After the release of a remodeled, slimmer, and lighter version of the PlayStation Portable, appropriately titled Slim, in early September 2007, sales quadrupled in the United Kingdom the following week and increased by nearly 200% in North America for the month of October. The PSP includes battery that will provide about 4–6 hours of game play, 4–5 hours of video playback, or 8–11 hours of audio playback.

IN this play station there are three ways to access the PlayStation Store. The PSP Go can directly download to itself, or we can also download then transfer the games from a Play Station 3.
